Water carafe in Baccarat crystal, model Lagny The Lagny model is pretty old since it is listed in the Baccarat Arts de la Table catalogue from 1916. It is listed under the name Lagny in the 1933 catalogue. This is one of the most beautiful and most prestigious models of the cristallerie: in strong crystal, allowing the crafting of carved decor with multiple complications, always perfectly executed without any gaps, it is very richly cut, and gives an exceptional shine to this range of products. The decanter from the Lagny set has a stopper in the shape of a pine cone, a sign which, at Baccarat, indicates a certain refinement. Our decanter has the Baccarat acid-etched signature under the bottom. This is therefore a post-1936 production, date at which the famous stamp came to replace the paper label which was used on productions until then. This is in perfect condition.
